Reiki Level One Training

Usui Reiki Level One Training introduces the foundational principles of Reiki energy healing and the practice of working with universal life force energy. This beginner-friendly Reiki course is designed for those who are new to energy healing and want to learn Reiki for self-care, personal growth, and supporting friends and family.

During this Reiki Level One training, students will learn the history and core principles of Usui Reiki while gaining an understanding of the human energy system, including the chakras and aura. Participants will receive the Level One Reiki attunement, which activates their ability to channel Reiki energy for healing and energetic balance.
