Reiki Level One and Two Refresher Course

The Reiki Level One & Two Refresher is designed for practitioners who have previously received Usui Reiki Level I or Reiki Level II attunements and want to reconnect with their Reiki practice. This refresher course helps Reiki practitioners review foundational Reiki techniques, deepen their understanding of energy healing, and rebuild confidence in channeling Reiki energy.

During this supportive Reiki refresher session, you will review the core principles of Usui Reiki healing, revisit the traditional Reiki hand positions used in Level One practice, and reconnect with the Level Two Reiki symbols used for emotional healing, mental balance, and distance Reiki. Guided practice helps strengthen your intuitive connection to Reiki energy while receiving feedback and support.

Participants will have the opportunity to practice both hands-on Reiki techniques and distance Reiki healing while asking questions and sharing experiences within a supportive community of Reiki practitioners.

You will also receive a Reiki energy healing session to help clear energetic stagnation, restore balance within the energy body, and support the natural flow of life force energy.
